SAINT LUKE SUMMER PROGRAM 2011 (2011 APPLICATION FORM)
Saint Luke School Summer Care Program will provide a safe, fun, warm, and loving atmosphere for each child emphasizing Christian values.
DATES: Monday, June 13 - Friday, August 19
DAYS: Monday through Friday (closed July 4)
HOURS: 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM
AGE: School age children Grades K – 8 (Children entering Kindergarten must be enrolled at St. Luke School for 2011-2012)
FEES:
Registration Fee ($35 one child or $45 family)
* includes summer t-shirt & sports bag
(Registration is required by May 13 to receive the free t-shirt & sports bag.)
