What a great year we have had. I am very sorry to see it over. I hope all of my preschool families have a relaxing and wonderful summer. To those of you who are going into kindergarten, I wish you the best of luck. You are all ready and will do wonderful. Be sure to stop in and “visit” next year. To the 3 year old class, I can’t wait to see you in the fall. I am sure you will grow over the summer and I will be surprised at how much.

Parents, please keep reading a part of your daily routines. Your child will gain a wealth of confidence and knowledge from the little time each day that you spend curled up with them with a book. Make it be a special time.

Below is a preschool supply list for next year. Watch your local department stores in July for the best prices.

• 1 box of LARGE crayons.  (if they are used to this size)
• 1 box regular size crayons (24 count is good)
• 2 pencils (sharpened please)
• 2 large glue sticks (Elmer’s washable school glue stick works best) You will need more in January.
• 1 pare fiskar childrens scissors  with metal blades. (Blunt tip)
• 1 hard plastic pencil box to hold the above items. (about 81/2″ X 5 1/2″)
• Children in the full day program, please send a second box of supplies to match the above supplies.
• 1 Pocket folder for papers  to come home
• 1 Large sponge
• 1 roll of paper towels
• Clorox wipes (Three year old class only)
• 1 box Kleenex (Four year old class only)
• 1 bottle hand sanitizer about 8zo. (MWF class only)
• 1 bottle liquid hand soap
• LARGE regular size bookbag (please no little bags)
• 1 disposable camera with your child’s name on it. (optional)
• 1 “kidnapper” (all day four year old’s only)

Please put your child’s name on everything. This includes each pencil and each crayon.
