Guidance: Mrs. Bengel

HAVE A SAFE AND HAPPY SUMMER! SEE YOU IN THE FALL!

I am available to meet with students and parents as necessary. Students, grades Kindergarten through Eighth can be seen on an individual basis for a variety of concerns. We can discuss peer issues, academic issues, bullying, coping skills, organizational, personal, and emotional problems, transitions or changes in the family, or other related issues.

I am also available for family meetings or consultations .

I will be teaching your students in their classrooms in 4 week cycles throughout the year on various prevention topics at the appropriate grade levels. Some classroom topics may include: safety, bullying, peer pressure,  risk taking behaviors, such as smoking, drugs, alcohol, eating disorders, internet safety, emotional concerns, and transitions to high school.

My office can also be used as a referral source or liason to outside agencies or services. I have many resources and web sites I can share with you.  My hours are part-time but I will always call back as promptly as I can. Please call me at 825-7105, extension 225.
